Can you service a system someone else installed?

In most cases, yes. We work across Dahua, Hikvision, HiLook, TP-Link and Bosch equipment daily, and can usually diagnose and repair systems installed by others — or upgrade them where parts are obsolete.

How long is footage stored?

Our kits include a 2TB surveillance hard drive, and recording time depends on how many cameras you run and at what resolution. We size the storage to your needs during the assessment, and cameras also support microSD cards up to 256GB as local backup.
