Why this camera stands out

The DS-2CD2T87G2P-LSU/SL is aimed at buyers who want expansive coverage from a more familiar bullet-style body. It stitches the scene into a single panoramic image, so driveways, perimeter fences, side access paths, long walls, loading areas, front boundaries, and commercial exteriors can be covered with fewer cameras.

Hikvision specifies this model with 8MP panoramic imaging, 24/7 colourful imaging, 130 dB WDR, human and vehicle classification based on deep learning, active strobe light and audio alarm, and IP67 weather resistance. That combination makes it a compelling pick when you need wide coverage, colour footage at night, and visible deterrence from a single unit.

Key Features

• 8MP panoramic image – One stitched 180° scene delivering high-detail wide-area monitoring.
• Bullet housing design – Well suited to walls, perimeters, driveways, and directional external mounting.

• Human & vehicle detection – Intelligent event filtering trims false alarms and makes alerts more useful.
• Active deterrence – An onboard strobe and audio warning help discourage unwanted visitors.
