The DS-9632NI-M16 keeps the M Series 32-channel platform but moves it into a 3U chassis with sixteen drive bays — 256 TB of onboard storage at up to 16 TB per drive, arranged as RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 or 10 with N+M hot spare. Every channel accepts cameras up to 32 MP inside a 320 Mbps intake, and 400 Mbps of outgoing bandwidth keeps remote viewing and export responsive. This is a non-PoE chassis, as rack builds generally prefer, with two gigabit interfaces so camera and office networks can stay apart.
