Hikvision DS-1279ZJ — Extension Pole for Pendant Mounts

The DS-1279ZJ is the extension pole that drops a pendant-mounted camera off a high ceiling and down into useful viewing range. It is a composite fibre tube, Φ38 × 250 mm, finished in Hikvision white, and it works as an extendable pole for a pendant mount so the camera hangs at the height you actually want rather than the height the slab happens to be. In warehouses, carparks and atriums that difference is the whole install — drop the camera and faces stop being distant specks.

Key Details

• Adds 250 mm of drop — A Φ38 × 250 mm tube that extends a pendant mount downward, bringing the camera clear of high ceilings and roof structure.
• Composite fibre construction — Composite fibre keeps the extension light on the ceiling fixing while staying rigid enough to hold the camera steady.
• Extendable pendant mounting — Designed as an extendable pole for pendant mounts, so you set the drop to suit the room instead of accepting the ceiling height.
• Matches the mount finish — Finished in Hikvision white so the pole reads as part of the mount rather than as an add-on bolted underneath it.

Where It Fits

For pendant installs in warehouses, workshops, carparks and high-ceilinged retail where the camera needs to come down to a working height. Reach for it whenever the ceiling sits higher than the view you actually want to cover.
